US 6th Circuit Court of Appeals publication on dispute between Governor of Kentucky and Drive-In Church services during COVID-19 Pandemic.
Today we took a few minutes to read through the US 6th Circuits statement regarding Maryville Baptist Church, a church which held drive-in worship on Easter. Those who were in attendance had their lisence plate numbers tracked by police, and were issued criminal citations for violating the Kentucky Governor's orders regarding COVID-19.
